while we get the idea behind not having ANY representative on site and using an automated system to let you tour the model homes, we have tried multiple times to speak to the rep of this builder, we didn't receive any response back. our realtor tried that too and didnt get an response. all while this building is pumping the price up 5k or more a WEEK. I dont understand the point behind showing people the model homes and not responding at all after that, are you selling homes or teasing it? if this is the process to just get to speak to you, what would the process look like if we buy a house with you?!

We recently purchased a home in Cordoba Estates. Carlo Torres who represents the builder, did an excellent job. We have really taken our time checking into the property for nearly a year now. Carlo was very professional and extremely helpful providing us with the information we needed, which helped us make a decision. He was very patient and knowledgeable. BEWARE!!!!! Beautiful community, wonderful neighbors! The home building/buying process here was a NIGHTMARE!!!! Took 14 months to build our house. We have been in the house for 8 months and still lots of broken promises. They will tell you anything to get you to buy a home but it is all empty promises. We were told there was a 2/3 replication rule regarding the model and elevation and paint schemes, yet they are building a home exactly like ours directly across the street. We were told that after a certain number of the same model was built, they would retire the model. Nope. They just keep building the same model and elevation all over the community. So, if you want to live in a cookie cutter neighborhood, you found the place!
