We had a family gathering in Lutz and this was the perfect location for my wife and I to stay. The RV park is very nice, clean and well maintained. I found the staff super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Winter Quarters Pasco Resort.

Gave me wrong site paper work, after getting all setup found they gave wrong site, same last name. Then told me to move, can not change site number, would cause too many problems. The campsite I set up in was empty the hole time I was here. Counter person was rude and unwilling to help. So spent another hour changing site. No sorry or anything.

You get better rates the longer you stay. My father in law stays yearly and much cheaper than daily or weekly. Just went up so need to check with them on price. Lots to do but busy road in and out.

There are some park model's they rent out and they have lots you can put your own trailer in as well
There are quite a few families that stay there year around you must have the snowbirds even though they go up North for six months a year they still keep a full-time residents here the staff and management is really nice here at the upkeep the place very well it's much cheaper than an apartment or renting a house and we love it here
