I am so glad that we have a local drop off station to donate used items and small appliances for our very Brave Vets! They have an attendant on duty to take your donations and put into their Truck onsite. They are open to drop off Monday- Friday. My Dad was a Vet and I think of them 1st to donate used items. They are very friendly and helpful. Remember their location the next time you want to donate to out Patriots!

Driver was rude. Could not give me a reason for refusing to take 2 ft 3 level candle holder. Will call a different donation center next time.

They picked up a package that had been delivered to me along with the donation. I called and they were quite rude. They found the items but they were not in the original box. The boxes of gluten free mixes inside were crushed and looked worse for wear. I called to ask why they had opened a package that was sealed and addressed to me and no supervisor will call me back. I have donated for years but this will be my last. They had no right to take my mail and open it! I had to throw out 65.00 of mixes because I can't be sure they were not compromised. Do not give them donations! The supervisors owe me an explanation. I may file small claims just to make a point. If a driver can't tell mail from a donation then there is a problem

The manager of this office is deceitful and tricks her employees into working per donation instead of hourly as the initial employment agreement states. DO NOT DONATE to this office they are slime.
