It's my first time coming here, and I expected to be in a prominent place, but it's an okay environment. I did get help finding one of the books on my list for my education homework.

This is what customer service is all about, showing empathy, a smile, being helpful, I left so delighted and happy with Melba Areche's service that I wanted to stay a while longer 😇🤣. I only went to ask a question and thanks to her I came out with more than what I was looking for, a lot of beneficial information for both me and my children, thank you very much for everything, and people like that we want to see every day when we go looking for anything type of service. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This place is of great value to the community, as they offer a variety of necessary services for us. The atmosphere, like all libraries, is noisy once in a while, but it is normal when, for example, children are restless, or young people have a difficult day at school, or adults may be going through a more difficult time later of being in the middle of a pandemic, we cannot generalize EVERYTHING, if it goes well for me and not for another person, not for this reason I can say that this Library is not qualified to provide the services that I or someone else need, noo. I am simply grateful for all that Clason's Point provides me as a user of this library. The team that works here are all professionals including security doing their job of tidying everyone up and making sure they are under control. Thank you Clason's Point for all your support to this community that so much needs the services you offer. I would simply give them 100% customer satisfaction.

If you go to the Clason's point library website you should be able to find what you are looking for. https://www.nypl.org/locations/clasons-point
The moment you go in the front desk will be right there. You can go and ask for a library card.
