Awful is an understatement. Prescriptions take FOREVER to be filled and require me calling to check on the status each and every time. Will receive text they are ready and 90% of the time when I arrive to pick up - they aren't complete. Staff is rude as well when I inquire why my RX is yet again not ready after I called to ask time frame and was told an hour. Show up 1.5 hours later and it isn't done and the pharmacist doesn't even turn to look at me and says "well did you get the text that said it was ready?". Have always used Publix because there is no other option nearby and the grocery store is very nice - but I am happy to see a CVS just opened and I will be switching my family to there.

This is a GREAT Publix but the pharmacy is... not good. Not good at all. Long wait times. Trying to get a human on the telephone is impossible. My script wasn't fill because supposedly I had the wrong phone number on file and they said when they called it was disconnected. I had them call the number while I was standing there and we all watched my mobile light up. I switched here for the convenience, but I have to switch back to Walgreens or CVS. There's nothing convenient about Publix pharmacy.

The customer service at the Publix at Sunlake Pharmacy is very poor. I regularly shop at this store and very much wanted to support this employee owned business. It's really a shame because the rest of the store is stellar. I've subjected myself to the pharmacists and assts at the Publix Sunlake Pharmacy for the last time. I understand you're busy and the job is stressful but I don't deserve to be treated like dirt. A new Publix has opened near Bexley and I will be going there in the future. Seriously, this issue needs to be confronted and the pharmacy employees need help understanding the importance of customer service. Thank you.
