They didn't show up on the first appointment, after having us wait all day for them, then they charge $139.00 for the first half hour! Plus another $180.00 for three filters! Big rip-off. Never again.

This company failed to show up twice for a scheduled service call, and they didn’t even bother to call to let me know they were not going to show up. When I called both times after nobody showed, they offered me no explanation and simply reschedule me again another week out. A month after I originally called to report the leak from the filter under my sink, they finally showed up but only to replace my filters and nearly refused to fix the leak because they didn’t know it was a service call. Beware, if you purchase Kinetico, you will be stuck with them. Their parts and labor fees are ridiculous and they will nickel and dime you on everything, including a surcharge to pay by credit card.

The service is poor. Our water softener quit working. We scheduled a service call. That appointment was moved out because someone called in sick. They didn't show up for that appointment. When we called, they said our appointment was a later date. When they didn't show up for that appointment they claimed to have called and rescheduled which they did not. If there was another company who deals with our softener we would not use Superior any more.

I bought our water softener system from Superior Water several years ago and I am sure glad I did. Their service is excellent and their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. The thing I appreciate most is the way that they keep track of their customers and keep them apprised of their maintenance requirements. They will let you know when recurring maintenance is required and give you a price for the service. When you agree, they set up the appointment and take care of the issue. To me this represents excellent customer care and service. I'd recommend Superior Water Conditioning to anyone in need of a water purification system.
