I definitely DO NOT reccomend! It took them 3 tries to get my glasses right, they kept ordering them incorrectly! And they tried to overcharge me too! Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble!

I scheduled an appointment to get a new prescription for contacts and Doctor Vo was very accommodating. I was greeted at entry and assisted with finding the right contacts for me. Excellent service 10/10 would definitely come back.

I made an appointment online, entered my insurance information, and then received automated reminders about the appointment. All was well until I got there and the doctor informed me that there would be a surcharge for the contact lens portion of the exam. This did not match what my benefits showed and when I mention this the doctor said that they are not an in-network provider. I did not go through with the appointment because of this. It would have been courteous to have received a call, text, or email letting me know that they are not in-network, especially since I provided my plan information at least 5 days in advance. My suggestion for improvement is that they let customers know ahead of time if they are not in-network on their insurance so they don't waste time and gas getting to an appointment.

Best experience ever. I left Lenscrafters in Brandon very disappointed and went straight to this Target Optical on a recommendation. I am very glad that I did. My optician was Pilar, and she was outstanding. She took the time that she needed to get the progression on my lenses right, laid out many different options (with no pressure), suggested that i take a few samples outside of the store to test in sunlight, and even adjusted my order over the phone when I changed my mind on one of my options. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will go nowhere else.
