I love the TJ Maxx stores but DO NOT open up a credit card with them. I pay my balance in full every month. So they started sending my statements 4 days before it was due via email. Charging me a $40 late fee. The first time they credited my account for the late fee but never fixed the problem. I received another bill five days before it was due. I was charged another $40 in late fees again. I had no purchases on this bill so it was just the late fee. But I’m never going to make the due date since I just opened my email which means I’m going to be charged another $40 in late fees. I have since closed my account and I will send them copies of the emails they sent to me with basically no grace period to pay them back on time. Again DO NOT OPEN A TJMAXX CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

I use to love going to this store, but lately every time I go, there’s a Caucasian dude that shows up walking around taking pictures acting like he’s on the phone, very weird I’m so over it I always spend over $200 every time but not anymore. I’m glad I have him on camera as well!!!

Could be better but I'm patient with how things have been since covid. The employees aren't really working the floor. They seemed understaffed and everyone seemed to be on registers. Which was good I guess on the sense the line went farily quickly but nobody can be helped on the floor .
