Ridiculous I had my cart 5 feet from me and was getting a drink from the refrigerator next to registered and before I turned back my cart was gone. I was so mad I asked customer service they had no idea then I looked around the store to see if someone was putting items back where they go. No luck then as I was walking out I see my cart at customer service with half the items in it and open cat food and hair products next to the things I was going to buy. I was so upset. When I said this is the cart I was looking for nobody knew nothing.

Horrible review under the circumstances that went on my hundred dollars would I was not able to go through self scan employee told me that she cannot exchange my $100 or give me change because she did not have a register and basically refuse to help me or acknowledge me when I try to explain to her that I was on break and I said can you suspend my transaction there was huge lines and I was not able to wait on those ridiculous lines because there wasn't enough cashiers. She said she can help me suspend my order I just have to go to the back of the line. The South scan employee would not even help me and kept on walking off minding her own business pretending that she was going to dis acknowledge me 100%. This was at 1:10 p.m. May 16th 2022. I live around the corner from Walmart and I I've always shopped there I've never a bad reviews until today.

This Walmart is hit-or-miss whether or not they have items in stock. The stores cleanliness is about 3/5 and it’s organization is 4/5 most of the time. The employees are pleasant, helpful, and hard working. The parking lot is almost always busy because in a great location. It’s right next door to several stores and restaurants making is very convenient to get everything in one shopping center.

I've shopped at approximately 15 different Walmarts in my lifetime (all throughout NYS, the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and West coast) and this is by far the most dysfunctional Walmart I've ever entered. I've never been to a Walmart that locks up their lotions. Then, when I attempted to seek assistance from the Walmart associate in that aisle, he just shakes his head no before I can ask my question. I asked if who might have the key, he implied he didn't know. I asked 2 people at the register (only one of whom attempted to assist me- Thank you Alys). I asked a fourth individual who appeared to in some supervisory position because she was delegating others, and she also had no idea who had this mysterious key. Thanks for the customer service.... I'll be going to TARGET and avoiding this establishment from now on. 😁
