When you're on the floor you are pretty much on your own. I've never seen anyone around. With that said when you do go up to the counter the staff has always been helpful.

Love this Staples. Ian, the Assistant Manager is super helpful and Matt is awesome as he helped me make the right choice for a desk and was helpful with all of my IT questions. Eli took his time to help me with office chairs. Another Ian who works at the tech desk was awesome helping me with my laptop that the hard drive crashed and an HP All-In-One with DVDs stuck in it. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help with anything. I will keep going back.
