I had to bring my 18 year old cat in to the vet there to be examined for her quality of life and possibly "put to sleep." The Dr. and his staff were so kind and compassionate and I can't thank everyone there enough. Excellent stuff.

This was our first Groom at Petco Mansfield, total hack job! Razor burns, cut way too short, never did the dogs nails. Our PWD is 8 months, sweet, calm and so friendly. When we entered the store to check on our dog a women was screaming, your being too rough with the dog.When we saw blood on our dogs leg we got real concerned and got the manager. She was very kind and stopped the groom. The two groomers ( Shelby was lead groomer) had total disregard for our dog. When a dog is upset, you should calm the dog, instead, she got another groomer that had total disregard for our dog.They did not even bother to come out and apologize. This place is a factory, they don't care!

I luv petco. I go there for all my pet supplies. The staff goes out of there way to b helpful, especially in the fish department. I ask lots of questions about my female betta fish sororities. I am fairly new to fish keeping and I want to make sure my fish r happy and healthy. The staff is very knowledgeable. Today I added to new members to my betta family. Meet gertie and Greta
