The worst curbside pickup system on the planet. The lack of communication, lack of signage, lack of competence is astounding. Do not use their curbside pickup option if you don’t have 60 to 90 minutes to waste.

It’s bjs so the quality of the products are good and prices good as well. As far as customer service…it definitely needs improvement. I usually place an order online to pick up either at the store or in person. Several times as I’ve waited at the “pick up” section for my online order, the staff are complaining about how many orders they have to shop for and bickering about who needs to do what, while there are customers waiting to be tended to. I’ve worked in retail and this was never ever an ok thing to do. Still shouldn’t be. I always feel like I’m bothering the staff if I ask a question or order to pick up. With the exception of a handful of people there, I’d say customer service at this location is sub par. Hopefully bjs will eventually work on improving their customer experience.

Love BJ's, been a member for decades. Great prices, very good selections on many, many products way too numerous to count or mention. For this store the checkout line is unbelievable as it commonly starts at the rear of the warehouse. The only way I shop here is with the BJ's app that lets you checkout on your phone. It's a must have for there. No waiting on lines. It's brilliant.

Delivery issues! 3 dropped trailers in the door. Here early before appointment time. House truck comes he gets in at my appointment. The customer service is not very pleasant. I'm doing my job if I wasn't there would be a problem
