Never wrote a review before but this place is definitely worst establishment in the food industry. Tried this location twice , food is mediocre, longest wait in history. Might as well dine in at restaurant.

Food came out perfect, customer service was amazing, our host Ashley that took our order was super unbelievably helpful. I’m originally from Dallas! Having dined at so many locations, it was refreshing she made our visit so easy compared to other locations in the NY/CT area! Highly recommend!

Always an unecessary long wait. Jesus they need to hire more staff. U order your food a hole half an hour in advance and still have to wait when you get there. Smh. They also need to pay attention when packing the food. Messed up my order once and completely didn't give me my fries the other time. Smh. But hey the wings are good.

My daughter ordered boneless chicken only to get raw chicken when she bit into it. After calling and speaking to the manager, she was given a credit. I then phoned to explain that we prefer to have the money back on her charge card, the manager stated that they are not responsible and that the third party who delivered the food is. I explained that the delivery service is not responsible for the uncooked chicken and that wingstop was paid for the food. I however lost that conversation with the manager. How do you argue about refunding wen you are responsible for cooking the food. This was wrong. She insisted that she is not responsible and that only a credit was the option or to come back for a better plate. No thanks.. we just don’t trust the service and won’t be visiting again.

Last night was the first time I didn't have to send back or get home and bring my food back after telling them 100xs to fry my wings crispy..Although my order totaled like 35.00 they still forgot my 3 blue cheese dips! , I give the cook credit tho , (big Spanish guy with glasses) lemon pepper wings was 🔥 💯
There was no indoor dining as of Wednesday

Well you have to remember that people are hard workers sometimes they get stressed which leads to them acting out sometimes don't take it to heart. The Wingstop that you went to is one of the best if not the closest and the convenient places to go that is if you live nearby. Don't give it a negative feedback just because you have one bad experience. 👌🏽👌🏽 Dont worry, people make mistakes. I dont think the person who gave you a bad negative attitude mean it. But that is how the world works.
