Atrocious customer service. Reservations agent Darrell would not answer simple questions about rates and availability, and instead spoke over me, demanding my personal information before answering any of my questions. When I inquired as to the customer service, his response was “I’m not a customer service agent, I’m a reservations agent.” I asked the question 3 separate times, ‘what is the best available rate?’ He would not answer the question. I ended the call. I would not spend my money based on this interaction. Very disappointing. Someone should train Darrell how how to interact with customers and not lose the customer….they lost my business.

We rented a few months ago and the lady Michelle was wonderful. Really had a very nice experience here. We weren’t really sure about storage and how the process worked. She walked us through step by step and made it seem so simple. It worked out great for us.
