Stayed three nights in August 2013. This is the cleanest, most welcoming apartment/room I've EVER encountered, and I've travelled a LOT. The kitchenette was excellently equipped, the beds were comfortable. There was a nice balcony overlooking the water - what a view. Hosts were more than friendly, wifi available on their porch. This is a quiet, lovely spot. Highly Recommended. Awesome.
