Had planned on staying there in July and had to cancel because the show was postponed until a year later. I was within the 2 month mark on the cancelation and they have yet to refund my money. Now they do not return my calls or emails. I had planned on staying there later in the summer, but not after this experience. So disappointed as I have recommended them to other friends also. Some that have stayed here a couple times already. So I will tell them all that they are not honoring their contract and they will find another place to go from this point forward! Little do they know I have connections in the area that will be paying a visit shortly to get my refund. I work hard and this was it going to be a fun experience and they took advantage of innocent people. Its a shame! Do Not stay here!!!! Horrible HUMANS!!!!

Great location and fun experience. Relaxing after a good day in Boston and tons of room.

Good experience. Far more memorable than a regular old hotel room. It was clean, cheap, and in a great area. Fair warning: if you haven't stayed on a boat before, you will rock all night. This can throw off your equilibrium the following day. The price was half of what hotels in the area were charging.
