The room was fine the air conditioner was nosy. The concierge was very friendly and polite. The breakfast had a lot of processed food and was not healthy enough for a proper breakfast. The staff serving the breakfast was not polite they were extremely rude especially towards my children when they were still looking for what they were going to eat. Upon arrival we were told the pool was not functioning but were not told that upon making the reservation and booking and paying for the room. We expected a lot more from Hilton, as the Previous Hilton's we stayed in had provided a better and excellent service.

It's not the newest or freshest, but the people are nice, and all the stuff you need is there. Much better than most places we've stayed near JFK--- a little roomier, a little more thought given to what you might need. The staff at the restaurant was really great. If you're stuck at JFK, it's a good place to stay.

The room was just a room. There was nothing particularly splendid, but the rooms were clean and prepared. All of the staff were very nice. The shuttles are convenient but one definitely needs to be deep cleaned and they both need mechanical service. There were no problems or difficulties with this stay. Of course for the price, I have stayed in far more luxurious rooms with grand presentation, exceptional amenities, and free breakfast that exceeded all expectations! All together, this experience was underwhelming.

I enjoyed my stay here which was for 3 days. The hotel staff in the restaurant were kind and courteous Marjorie was awesome and very kind in the bar area. My room was more than sufficient however the first night there was an issue with the maintenance team trying to get into my room at 2 am. Although this was frustrating Wanda the GM was very kind over the phone and offered to make it right. The only thing else I would say is I wish the Starbucks was actually open as I have to get up early each day and the room coffee was not very good.

A taxi from the airport should be around $17. An Uber usually costs around $25.
You can't view planes taking off and landing, but rooms above the 3rd floor on the South side of our hotel offer views of parked planes.
You will have to take the train from the terminal you arrive in and take it to the stop Federal Circle... the AirTrain is free so you don't have to worry about paying it's a train that rides around the airport... you get off at Federal Circle you call the Hilton and they will pick you up 24 hours a day
Our gym is open 24 hours a day (however local restrictions on occupancy may be in place due to Covid 19).
Our business center is for guests of our hotel and can be accessed using a room key.
The shuttle to our hotels runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Hotel pick up is located at the Federal Circle Station. To get there, take the free monorail.
We do not offer shower facilities ahead of checking into the rooms.
