Definitely the most prestigious of the fashion buildings with showrooms amd located in the very heart of the fashion district. Check out the 2nd floor where paige. Sactuary and Hudson are located. Obviously there are some crazy changes coming to the industry but it seems like this building will keep up. It did it before, transitioning from a manufacturing building to showrooms back in the day.

there are pay parking meters on the street or there is a paid lot within 2 blocks of the newmart. alot of them don't allow in and out priveledges so plan accordingly.
