Easy to get to from local highway. They have a nice gazing pond and is near a nature preserve. Full bar with food options. Indoor and outdoor pools with hot tub. Buffet for breakfast. Updated rooms and friendly staff. TV remotes are a bit of a struggle to use. I will probably stay here again in the future.

Other than checking in I didn't get any service. Good looking hotel, my coworker was placed in the first floor room, he said it was creepy. Breakfast is expensive and so-so considering the cost, they also expect you to tip not even bother to clean your table.

I routinely stay at the Marriott Schaumburg for work & I have not once had a poor experience. The front-desk team members are welcoming, friendly, and truly go above & beyond to make sure I have everything I need (extra pillows, towels, blankets, even deodorant when I forget it, and more)! Lynsey, Vanessa, Annmarie are always smiling, and often times greet us immediately by name as we walk in the door! The kitchen staff / bar staff are "Excellent" in the words of my favorite bartenders, Humberto & Adolpho! Whenever I'm in Chicago, this is my go-to place to stay in the suburbs.

Enjoyable stay! This hotel, largely for business travelers, was not too busy. Tucked back in around some office parks it allowed for a nice, quiet stay but with close proximity to local shops, restaurants and interstate access. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was spacious and well maintained. Hot tub was not operating which was a bummer but didn't take away from an excellent stay!
