I scheduled our wedding a little over a year out. Throughout the year I had questions here and there and gulf beach answered me promptly and kindly. My beach wedding was ABSOLUTELY perfect and everything I wanted. We had an imminent threat of a tropical storm and gulf beach was as ready to adapt to a plan B as I was. Our wedding was on passe-a-grille and went off without a hitch. Scott, our officiant was fun and light hearted. 10000% recommend and would do so on passe-a-grille as this beach is PERFECT.

I always knew if I ever got married I would want a small intimate destination wedding. When I got engaged, we decided on Florida (we are from Chicago). After doing some research and making some calls we found Gulf Beach Wedding’s. Right from the very first call they were amazing. They handled all the details. They made this process so smooth! I have heard horror story of destination weddings from communication issues to marriage license issues. We had ZERO issues! Gulf Beach Weddings was amazing from start to finish. Everything was beautiful. It was a magical day! Our small wedding of 18 people (including us the Bride and Groom) was stunning… ok, maybe I am a little biased. 😁 Everyone who was there was from out of town. There were 2 other weddings happening because of the special date (2/22/22) but they were so spaced out you would never have known! I didn’t even know until I got home and was looking at the pictures that they put our initials in the sand! They took care of every detail! They are amazingly fast at replying to emails or calls. Their website is a great resource, especially if you are like me and doing it from out of town! They have great recommendations from limo drivers, florists, hair salons, dinner venues and more. It made it so much easier since we were not familiar with the area other than the beach! All the guests loved what they did for us that day… including us! Went to one of my best friend’s wedding renewal in Destin Fl. The big day the weather was horrible, the whole time they Kept calling saying the wind was a issue. Okay then, well they should of had a plan B. Nope. Instead making it a stressful day, for the groom and bride. If the beach doesn’t work due to the weather, learn how to make a plan B. You can see it in the waves, a mic isn’t going to be able to pick up any voices in that kind of wind. Evening if you built some kind of wind break, it’s not hard to use your God give brain to figure that out.

I cant express how amazing Gulf beach made our day and it was easy and stress free! I did custom floral from their recommendations and not only did they work amazingly together but people were stopping by and taking pictures of our area!!! The team was amazing and put everything together so well. I really want to thank Jeff for all his hard work and Kristie she did amazing with the floral and really delivered and made our day come true just as I seen it in my head!! Our wedding was about 50 people with a wedding photographer included for an hour (he was fantastic) for just under $2k. I think it would be $400 less without the photographer. Their website lets you build your wedding and gives an accurate estimate.

Brittany, Great question! We work on a first-come first-serve basis and reserve beach permits accordingly. Therefore most couples book mid-week ceremonies 6-12 months in advance, popular Saturdays and/or larger groups 12-18 months in advance. We can't wait!
Congratulations on the renewal! They are amazing. They do have an option for around 10 people. They are very easy to work with and will do anything to make your day special. Call them!

I highly recommend Gulf Beach Weddings. They have stellar communication and do just about everything. We did thr stone blessings ans sand ceremony, as well. Brandon, the owner, officiated ours, and he even waited in the parking lot until we were all done taking pictures. The photographer was professional and the pictures are beautiful. We went to Pensacola East, and it wasn't crowded.
