I decided to stop in to talk to a financial advisor, made a appointment online. I walk in and ask for the person i requested for. The security guard say they don't do appointment here. I think the bank owners need to address that issue. To save everyone time. The young lady said I don't have an appointment today( occurs not)so I showed the security guard my email,he said she with someone now, so I took a seat waiting for the young lady. I just feel like this is a bad bank for my first experience. FYI the assistant manager was not busy didn't come out to say how can I help u at all.

I had to Obtain a New Debit Card , because of fraudulent activity , the 1st 2 Replacements are Free , the 3rd Costs $10 .

Branch Manager Mr. Anthony Scott and his amazing staff are a breath of fresh air!
