The check in process was quick but it took over a week for my doctor to get my results. And turns out they waited too long to process one of my vials so I have to get it done again.. which is ridiculous. I’ve never had that happen before. I usually go to Samaritan and I get my results the next day. I’ll definitely be choosing Samaritan over st Peter’s lab next time.

I don't understand all the negative reviews.... Great people, painless blood draw. They were updating the new MyChart patient information portal and needed my license. I forgot it when I left. The tech called me personally to tell me I left it there. Outstanding people doing a GREAT job!!!!!

Terrible experience. Receptionist was very rude. Rudely told me to sit and wait until she was "ready" to register me. 20 minutes later I asked how long it would be before she was "ready" and she said "I'll tell you when I'm ready". I finally walked out after half an hour.

Never have I had a bad blood draw and yes you might wait 30mins but most times it’s faster. During the pandemic time they have better hrs than most so my next draw will be here.
