The owner Will answered the phone and may be the rudest person conducting business I have ever talked with. After his behavior I wasn’t even in the mood to have flowers delivered. Called Rainforest and Maggie was a pleasure to talk and do business with.

We live on the East Coast and when I called, Will answered the phone, I told him my situation about having a relative in the hospital in Willits and that I needed something for an elderly gentleman who is my father-in-law. I told him that my father-in- law is rough around the edges, he assured me that he would make something just for me. I paid and not long after, I received a picture of the flowers it was just what we wanted. I will be doing more business in the future with him I am sure of that.

Mendocino kid

The main reason I gave this place two Stars is because it is closed on holidays when folks might want flowers. I believe they cater mainly to outside the community business, and not so much to local community. I am a resident, and believe in supporting local business that supports local community.

Family from out of town sent a flower arrangement for our new baby. Flowers were not in great shape on arrival, did not look like the picture of the arrangement ordered and the vase had a sticker on the bottom reading "Goodwill $2". We love to order local, but this wasn't up to snuff
