This is a review of a customer service rep named Dan. I don't have his last name but he is the rep working the phones today on 4/28. I am trying to confirm a receipt of a fax and he is refusing to do so. Even though I am not looking for any HIPAA information...merely confirmation they received a fax...he is refusing to do so. Said my mom has to call in. I offered to 3 way her in and he lied and said it is against policy for them to do this even though EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY PREVIOUS calls to them has been done in this manner. He should not be in a customer service position for any company because he is lazy and unprofessional with a poor attitude. I have no way of knowing now whether or not my moms benefit continuation forms have been received or processed. Well done on this hire NYS!!!.

Worst service, The Staff Section 2 I have been trying to get ahold of over 10 times a day. Left messages, sent e-mails and was told I only have 5 days to respond. Well its been 4 days and I've tried everything and still nothing.

I do know if he has family and you somehow mistakenly get cut off then they cannot add. I was told no changes can be put into place once he is retired.
