My mom had her nails done but they weren't done properly. I spent $200 on 2 pedicures and a GEL refill for her. Her polish chipped off the day after she got them done and my toes have completely lost all their polish less than a week later. We went back to the shop during store hours but they refused to see her, stating they'd sent all their techs home. That wasn't true, 2 techs were there doing nails and the store was still supposed to be open for an hour. We contacted the owner but she was completely unwilling to listen. We never asked for a refund, we just wanted to get our nails fixed. I will never return to this shop. Please beware!!

Love this place! Always great nails whoever does it - although I'm loving "Cindy" right now! Sometimes they do have way too much conversation in their native language though and I feel left out and uncomfortable. It's almost like I'm a second thought thrown in with an occasional "are you okay" "it's pretty right?" Most of them speak wonderful English too. I'm not quite faulting them entirely for doing it - but I would just like to feel a part of "the conversation" and what's going on too sometimes. If not for that, they would be 5 stars. They do excellent work and I love this place!

Went with my wife for a pedi, I had the hot lava, it was amazing. The massage chair, the foot care, life is good. The only thing missing is a glass of wine or any drink. Highly recommend!

After going to a couple of nail salons around here, I have finally found a Clean and professional nail salon. My suggestion is that you verify and confirm prices before getting anything done...So that you're not in for a suprise when it comes time to pay! 👀 For example, I pay $35 for a fill-in for long nails, and designs can vary. My designs usually cost between $20-$30 extra.
