9/2/2022 - I understand I called five minutes before close. Doesn’t explain why they hung up on me then left me on hold when I called back. Then had an attitude and said yea we don’t see your order… they didn’t ask me any information. Then said yea we have caller ID… I didn’t even call from my phone. Their caller ID must have telepathic abilities… no reason to be rude. Really crazy. You could tell they were running to get out the building the poor girl was out of breathe telling me this…

Visionworks might as well be owned by the higher rank monkyees at the low budget zoo. I don't see customer service being of any importance to anyone at this location.0 stars

Last year I had a bad experience picking up my glasses when they just handed me new dirty glasses. This year when the office person tried to do the same thing I asked for a Tech. Tomika the Tech was exceptional on the adjustments and getting the lenses adjusted for the sun with a UV light. Tech Misty (hope this is the right name) did my initial order and was also great. Last year I gave Visionworks 2 stars. This year a solid 5 but you have to ask for service.
