The staff is lousy and I've gone and nothing else because they don't want to attend to the reception girls they make up excuses and any pretext not to go to one I don't recommend it for anything unprofessional

I came twice and each time they refuse to see me because of lack of doctors. They say is going to take forever. I tried to make an appointment.. and they offer one in 3 weeks.. thanks but I am sick NOW. Oh but they say you can come on Saturday we open at 8 am. . Well I was there until 8.45 nobody open. Clinic was closed

Not helpful. Understaffed. There were 2 people sitting on the front porch to make sure everybody has a mask that enters. But only 1 person working the 3 windows in the office? Very long line inside. I stood there for about 15 min and just left. I only needed a piece of paper signed about a recent physical. Not going back or bringing my kid back for checkups. I don't recommend this clinic.

I came to Location for severe depression and anxiety. I had visits with brian glass at the Madison location Dec. 2021 and Jan 2022. When it was time to fill paperwork out for my job, he quit answering my calls, emails, etc. even the Secretary quit responding to me. This caused more depression, social thoughts, anxiety and more just having to deal with such unprofessional people. My job sent request for information with a date attached and he failed to submit information for me to receive payment , which caused me to almost lose my home, car and family. I would never recommend anyone to deal with him. After a month of calling, emailing etc. he finally filled the paperwork out but he put unknown on every question which caused my benefits to be denied and me having to go back to work under emotional distress. I tried and tried to live through this and it had caused more harm than good. It makes me sad that I came for One thing and left with multiple issues just dealing with someone that is licensed to help but did nothing. I’m saddened that I even trusted this clinic with My life when all they did was ruined it even more. I’m shut out because I no longer trust anyone at this point all because of the communication or lack of from someone that is suppose to have integrity in the field. It’s heartbreaking to feel lack of support when you need it from a professional as he says. This was the worst service EVER…I hate I even came here. It messed my life up even more..
