Yes, there are two on the other side of the bar near the restrooms.
There website says they strongly encourage masks and they forced their employees to be experimented on with the vax.
I don't know if you can call to reserve lanes. As far as I know they all operate on a first come, first serve basis. Lanes are rented by hour instead of by game or anything, and waiting lists are used to keep things moving. You cannot extend your time, but you can get put back on the list after your games.
Bar area always - areas, over 21 only allowed after 10p.
