I am a commercial customer. I have been requesting information about our current service agreement with this company for a week. I can’t get anyone on the phone. I have left a message with an operator 5 times requesting to be contacted by someone. The account manager finally emailed me back asking about the quote she sent me, completely ignoring my questions, “when does our service agreement end?” & “can you send me a copy of our service agreement?” You can’t hold your customers hostage by keeping information from them that would prevent them from going with another vendor. That is what this feels like.

Picked up an EMPTY container minutes before our crew showed up to the jobsite to fill it. No call. No inquiry. No question as to why they were picking up an empty container. Then they charged me full price for it, as if it was full. No working with them on that. We'll not use WM again.

Cardboard is biodegradable. Tear or cut it up and thrpugh it in yhe trash. Or have it shredded to be used in mulch and then you can sell it.
Renovating the the facility
There is another smaller entrance right past the big double gates. When the main gates have been locked, the smaller one is open.
