The dentist doesn't usually pull your teeth while infected, they give an Antibiotic and then pull them because of the risk of infection spreading. If your not on am antibiotic I agree go to the emergency room.

I have united Health Care. I need to see if your office would be able to handle an ingrown toenail. Also I believe I have an Ear infection.
