I don't know if you can call to reserve lanes. As far as I know they all operate on a first come, first serve basis. Lanes are rented by hour instead of by game or anything, and waiting lists are used to keep things moving. You cannot extend your time, but you can get put back on the list after your games.
The wait times can be very long depending on when you go. We waited about an hour on a Friday night around 8pm, which from what I was told is very good.
Confirmed - cannot reserve a lane.
Monday thru Friday 11am Saturday and Sunday 8am
