Trail Dust used to be a reasonably priced BBQ restaurant that served good quality food, and had personable, professional staff. That is no longer true. The quality and quantity of the food has decreased significantly, and yet, their prices are exorbitant for what they provide. Perhaps there's a staffing shortage, however that's no excuse for the lackadaisical attitudes of those that do work there.

I would complain about the prices, but I can't because they serve the best Tri-Tip sandwich in the BayArea..... probably the best in California...... probably the best in the world!!! This place never disappoints. Clean environment, friendly staff, amazing flavors and generous portions. LITERALLY UNFORGETTABLE!!!
