I went and looked at the place very clean and great up keep but I was disappointed in the price range, even though the gal said it was the same price as their competitors NOT TRUE. The ask $300 more dollars for 200 square feet smaller. Crazy! Check out Fruitdale Station Apartments

We rented a two bedroom while getting our house built for about 7 months. We did not enjoy our stay, we can hear the freeway every morning which was loud. Plus the big diesels rigs that were across the street. We constantly received complaints from the down stair neighbors when we literally were only walking living our daily lives but the neighbors swore we we pounding things which was funny because were a quiet family. And at the end they kept most of our deposit blaming the garbage bills when we had paid those monthly. What was most frustrating they never responded, they could not keep their staff so it was hard to get someone live.

I went through the application process, and I would not recommend to others. I applied for a 2bed/2bath at Morgan Ranch on June 1st hoping to move in mid July. I paid for the holding fee, and I received consistent contact from the team, very friendly people, until June 12. I sent emails to the leasing office and team members directly, and I never heard back from anyone. I called numerous times and was never connected with the leasing team; my calls and messages were never returned. Details of the free month of rent, lease start date, pet information, and official approval were not provided. On July 5th, my application was approved and I received an email from a team member with lease information and a request for first months rent. I explained I received no contact with Morgan Ranch for over 3 weeks, and because of my move in date being within a week, I found alternate housing. The team member apologized, said there was a change in office staff, and asked how she could help. I requested my holding deposit be returned, and she said since my request to cancel the application was not sent within 72 hours of applying, the return of my holding deposit was no longer possible. Super disappointing! I understand staffing is difficult, but prior to leaving this review I emailed and called again (5 days ago) with nothing back from Morgan Ranch.
