I don't live here. I went in for a tour. The community itself looks pretty from the outside. The tour began a pool and a hot tub. The person who gave us the tour was nice. However, she didn't ask us any questions when we began, such as "would you like upstairs or downstairs?" So we pretty much walked to an upstairs unit then had to walk to a downstairs unit. We are looking for a downstairs unit. Keep in mind, it is scorching hot. The unit has an AC in the living room but not in each of the rooms. It is the AC that connects from the window that they sell at Home Depot for $200 something, so the AC is not up to par. Utilities are not included.
