Wonderfully helpful! I missed my appointment time, and they were still able to take me as a walk-in, made sure I knew all of my options for services, and were great about plainly detailing all of the pricing option to make sure I made the most use of my vision insurance before going out of pocket. Tyler S. was wonderful, helping me pick out frames appropriate for my face that I’d like the look of on, made the usually hardest part easy, truly honest and up-front about my options for extras and their benefits/non. Great experience, will continue to use this place for my eye-care needs, one-stop-shopping!! 9/17 Google won’t let me add a review so I’m editing this one :) Another fantastic experience at this location, I needed to get my new glasses adjusted and Hilary not only did so, but took the time to teach me there were so many more ways of adjustments available, in ways I didn’t know possible, to make my glasses fit better than they ever have! Such a pleasure! And to be so helpful, always, even at 10 min to closing-time! Can’t tout this place enough!!

Tyler Sumners is the most outstanding employee I've ever seen anywhere. That's saying a lot and I mean it from my heart. I've been going to Visionworks for glasses for years and it makes my day when I walk in the door and see him still there. When you mix a caring attitude with knowledge, it's an unbeatable combination. I wanted purple glasses. He chose one for me and -bam- the search was over almost before it began. Others there deserve recognition, too. The business is staffed by friendly, caring and knowledgeable people. Kudos to the hiring and training staff. Tyler is an exceptional employee!

Save yourself the inevitable headache of going to this place. I walked up to the main desk and said hello to a lady named Hillary. She proceeded to ignore me and stare at her computer. A uncomfortable 3 second wait, and she strikes up a conversation with her co-worker as if no one existed outside her little world. You're a front desk clerk, your job is customer service and you failed. If you like being ignored and wasting your time this is the place for you.
