The BEST camping spot in Old Forge! Some people are not too fond of how close the cabins are to one another, but we actually loved it. We had about six different families come and it was nice having everyone so close. The staff at the front office were absolutely incredible. The location is fabulous and close to the small town. If you visit enchanted forest, they have a bus to take you over. The cabins were clean and ready for us. Everything was just perfect! We really enjoyed it! If I could give this place six stars, I would. We rented a paddle boat which was great with no hassles. We will be back again :)

This place is great. The resort is on the large size for camping, but they have done a great job orientating the sites so you don't feel to cramped. Lots to do. Staff is wonderful and very friendly. Of course they are under staffed and it is not the employees fault that are working! So remember that for when you have wait for something or a line is long. Be NICE to them. Only issue is they have a bear problem. They are just look for food you left out, but we were super good about locking everything in the car and they were still in our site multiple times a night. They are used to being scared off, so they leave with a yell or bang. Very clean sites and seems to be run well.

We've been here before, and we'll go again. The bad stuff first - sites are small and very close together. Very close. You sneeze, the campers next door will say gesundheit. Backing in / pulling out can be an adventure. And there isn't enough power for AC. The goods, however, outweigh the bad. First off, location location location. It's beautiful. Gotta love the Adirondacks, and Old Forge is just a great little town. The staff here is helpful, and offer a lot of services. Place is very clean too... needs to be, because bears are a real thing. We saw several, right in our campsite. Overall, it's a great experience. It's pricy, but sometimes it's worth it!!

We had a beautiful spot for our 16ft full hook up Camper! There was even a little creek right next to the site! You’re not too close to neighboring sites and wildlife tends to come right through the camp site. Staff were friendly and we were lucky for beautiful weather! The little lake on the property was cute too! Perfect for a few nights! There was also great cell phone reception!
