Horrible staffing agency. Was out of work because my 2 year old has COVID. Called everyday trying to get a hold of them. Got through once the first week and once the next week to confirm them putting in for my EARNED sick pay. Supposed to get it this week, didn't get it, called and they said the manager never put it through. And now I have to wait another week! Ridiculous. It's been 3 weeks and I'm out of work for my pregnancy. They guaranteed me twice I'd get it this week.

Very unprofessional. Do not work for them. They had me working for a company for under 16 per hour.....come to find out the position was 18 an hour on an indeed post while remedy workers are physically at the assignment working for less than 16. So instead of getting us the 18 they just rather walk someone else in at 18. They do really shady business. Instead of fighting for qualified workers to get hired they rather just keep you at their assignments longer to be able to take over 2 dollars an hour from you. They have the worst contractions in the city. If you're qualified you're much better off going through another agency or just applying for jobs yourself. They have little interest for qualified workers because we know our value. I will never work for remedy staffing again. It's not just my experience it's from other qualified workers I've tried to get work for them through the agency. They will definitely hide what you can make if you get hired. To take almost 3 dollars an hour from people is not ok. Addeco and other agencies only take around a dollar to $1.50 and will tell you how much more you will make if you get hired. You will stay a temp if you deal with them. You can't even get direct deposit with your choice of bank you have to use this terrible pay card and it charges high amounts for transactions and balance information. Go to another agency if you are qualified in manufacturing. Indeed will take you alot further on it's own than they will. I went from 15.50 with remedy and now at 22 direct hire because of my qualifications. Big difference! So again if you have experience and qualified don't go to remedy for any manufacturing positions. They don't have much quality clients to meet experienced employees expectations. Waste of time.
