DoorDash is a horrible company. Their customer service gives you the runaround and the app is useless. I will not use DoorDash again. They deliver COLD inedible food. The restaurant blames DoorDash and DoorDash will only give a delivery credit. DoorDash will not compensate for the cost of the food.

I paid $33 for pizza. Customer service called me within 2 minutes of the "fake delivery" complaint since I was calling/ texting the delivery person and he honestly did not deliver my food. Doordash only refunded me $8 for a pizza that was never delivered to me! Disconnected my call saying he will file my complaint against the driver only. Scam. This is not fair to me at all. Why would I re-order dinner 8 pm at night so someone can spit in my good now. No thank you.

DoorDash like ALL other service industries has suffered catastrophic failure in customer service! The age of the customer coming first is long dead now! I placed an order yesterday (see pics) and when attempting to get resolution i was hung up on and ignored by 2 supervisors and 3 representatives both in the chat on the app and on the phone! What i ordered and what showed up were completely different! AND THIS HAPPENED FREQUENTLY! wont happen again as i have deleted DoorDash. I have been in a service based industry for over 35 years and now own my own business. If i handled customers the way DD just treated me i would be out of business. Trust me. I will be recommending to ALL my customers they dump the dash and use the Hub! Companies that get too big to care about each customer individually should re-evaluate their priorities! Good bye DoorDash!

If you are looking for a company who cares and supports..or even listens to their customers, bypass Doordash!!!! They believe that if your order was wrong and you sought compensation more than once then you are not entitled to compensation again. The item was completely wrong and I had proof.. didn't matter.. they are quick to take your money but slow to return it or deal with the issue. The cowards quoted me the policy and ended the chat abruptly. They don't need my money so they will no longer get it. Try some other service.

You never will, doordash is very elusive and only gives out one phone number to their overseas support centers. The only way you can get a real California number is if you know somebody who works at their office.
