Officer Roberts Timothy L does not respect human rights and makes the most of his power. His behavior is a lie and he uses the power of an officer to confuse you. Do not grant your right to speak to a supervisor or call a lawyer. He does not assist you in French and does not call a colleague who knows French. And many other reasons that led me to complain to the prosecutor, police and ministry. When I tried to call a lawyer, Officer Roberts confiscated my phone. I received a document in English to sign, although the officer knew that I did not understand English well. It's weird to sign an act that you don't understand. I will also file a civil lawsuit in court because I believe that several rights have been violated using his power. America is a beautiful country with wonderful people but not all!

Got stopped once because my girlfriend triggered a false positive on an arrest warrant in Montréal. We had to go inside and be asked questions. It was stressful, but ultimately we were cleared. The staff was very polite and professional.

Slow line, lazy/incompetent officers, and extremely uncomfortable waiting area. The decorations are atrocious, and the only entertainment available while these so-called "agents" lethargically work through hours of paperwork and check your car for ounces of drugs (which they never find) is Fox News. The bench in the waiting room is literally a piece of hardwood (there isn't even a backrest), and you have to awkwardly stare at the braindead officers handling peoples' so-called cases, who for some reason are seated right in front of the waiting bench. Lousy agents and facility. Looks like DHS placed all the competent officers in actually important crossings, like airports or the Mexican border. 0/10
