I walked across 3x during the pandemic. I thought everyone I delt with, was very nice and helpful! And my situation is weird. I did have to wait at homeland security because I am Canadian but lived in America for 23 yrs and had children there. So I did have to wait a but longer. But I didn't mind that because I knew they were just doing theor job and I had nothing to hide or worry about. So I didn't really mind the wait. I dunno. The bad reviews I just can't relate too lol because I was treated kindly and fairly 3x in a row and all by different ppl 🤷♀️✌️💜 Which I appreciated and will continue using this boarder for going back and forth when I need ti! Thanks for all the hard work everyone is doing there!

0 stars if I could. rude, not polite, not reasonable and diminishing behaviour.

Crossed this border from Calgary to New Jersey and I have nothing but praises to everyone. There were around 5 groups/family ahead of us and wait time wasn’t that bad on a Tuesday. All officers were very accommodating with our questions as this was our first time to use this port of entry to the US. Very professional. They even handed out lollipops to the kids in waiting as they were getting quite fussy. Everything went smoothly for us.

My girlfriend and I (2 students) were randomly separated, detained and interrogated for an hour. Our car was searched and an officer there treated us like criminals with accusatory questions. No reason was given for searching the car or for separating and interrogating us. Neither of us have any type of criminal record. They found nothing of course and eventually let us through but it was a very unpleasant experience. Been through many border crossings (Canada to US) and this is the only experience like this. The way we were treated was like we were guilty until proven innocent. In future we will go through any other crossing as they are much more efficient and professional.

As of December 21st you now have to have Molecular covid test in the US before you come back to Canada But you do not need one if your fully vaccinated to go down
No. While it may be a legal product on both sides of the border, it is still a federal crime at the border if you have it and do not declare it.
Multiple dogs as long as they are at least 3 months old and are current on their vaccinations, especially rabies. Proof of vaccinations is required to be presented if it is asked for.
It'll be nothing significant for delays. The snowbirds all went yesterday.
Someone will need to cross the border with the dog then cross back. This may constitute covid quarantine protocols depending on your specific circumstances. If this is your dog (you can prove ownership) you will also require up to date shots record and rabbis vaccination. If you are purchasing this dog that will constitute an import. That means taxes and fees at the border. Secondly CBSA may require further documentation of the dog IOT import. So in short, basically no.
Not until August at the earliest
Best bet since you're Canadian is give them a call. I don't think they can deny you entry since you're Canadian but if you live in the US they might depending if you're dual citizenship. I know when I've crossed there, bring a truck driver, I haven't seen cars crossing. But give them a call they are really helpful whenever I've called.
I doubt it very seriously.
