Absolutely loved living here, the unit was clean and the lawn was mowed weekly during warmer months. Maintenance was easy to get a hold of, punctual, and informative. The office could be a little difficult to get a hold of sometimes (needing to call multiple times to reach someone) but other than that they were great. Snow removal is provided on the main roads throughout the housing community but driveways and walkways are your responsibility. Quiet community and the office typically doesn’t bug you. Streets are a bit dark at night as the street lights don’t work and there’s not sidewalks on both sides of the road so be mindful of people walking in the street while you’re driving.

A nice family friendly place to live. Homes are older but big and spacious, big yards on most and some with fences. Been here over a year, we love it.

Disgusting place. Smells horrible, we tried everything to get the smell out. Walls are paper thin. Ive even heard them lying to people who wanted to rent the house next to us, that they cleaned the house weekly because they asked why the place was so filthy, when we knew they hadnt clean it in over a month since the previous renters left. Housing people dont care about you or your family’s needs or the rules for that matter. They just want money. I would recommend going to the heights, theyre clean and walls are thicker and it smells like fresh air and not mold.

I have enjoyed my stay at this wonderful place. The price beats everything around. I do wish they didn't increase the price for the same place I was living in. The maintenance team is great and will be there to fix anything you might have. Here's why I believe this place gets bad reviews. Its all about the quality of person that you are living in this place. There were times I fixed things myself right away. We took better care of our place more than any person living in the community. It may not be your forever home but you should treat it like it is take care of it to the best of your ability clean up after yourself and you won't have mold. I ran into a few issues but with the hard working tenants we were we made this an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and I hope someday to cross paths again. This is mostly more military people but seriously military people can sometimes be the worst. Id take this place over on-post housing anyway of the week. One thing if I ever return is to update the thermostat. - For future military personnel hoping to move in this community. Take care of the place. Leave it better than you found it. "That military slogan applies to this real life situation"
