Got a chance to tour the community and I was really impressed. The residents I interacted with were super nice and welcoming. The staff was very nice and professional. The grounds were well kept and clean. One of the most impressive amenities was the gym. I was blown away at how nice it is. The gym is legit and better than your average local gym that you pay for. If you're looking for a nice townhome community this place is worth a look. Thank you for taking your time to show me around Rachel

This property is very well kept, extremely clean and the manager Rachel is truly always very helpful and informative. I’ve seen this property over the years and this is the best manager. The pool is resort like and the community center is absolutely spotless! I would highly recommend speaking to Rachel and moving into this property!

The Town Houses at the Horizon Ridge complex are very nice if you are looking to live just outside the city but close enough to still have an easier commute. Kya was very insightful with the questions my wife and I had. I definitely would consider getting scheduling a walk through.

**NEXT DAY UPDATE** Wow what a joke. Way to show you aren't interested in respecting my time. Literal repeat of yesterday- no notice, no sign, no email nothing and the pool is still disgusting and unusable. I really thought " surely they would make sure to send a message if the pool was unusable after responding to my review yesterday...." but nope. Today's water vs days it was actually clean and properly balanced, coincidentally during the time you were running a review contest.... I'm not interested in working with you on a one on one basis for a community issue- its not a matter of something in my unit, so I will continue to use this platform. Kindly send an all residents email update regarding the pool by end of business. Dear Towmhomes at horizon ridge- This isn't about any one person but I've had it with the pool. While you have made measures to improve i still have to test the water and request it to be treated. It takes time for your treatment of choice to be effective. You acknowledge the pool gets heavy use from residents- this should mean you need to up your routine maintenance and cleaning schedule- not expect residents to just deal with it. I have two jobs and limited time off- pool time is a huge reprieve and important part of enjoying the community/ property. Once again today I plan pool time- spend time getting ready only to go down to a nasty pool including a bandaid in it. Water tested foul- when I told management it needs to be treated I was informed it was closed. No signs, no email, no notice. Its not the first time or I wouldn't waste my time sitting here making this. I shouldn't have to go and physically check the pool before getting ready and planning for it. Please consider the following A. Post the pool maintenance schedule publicly. B. Provide the attention to the amenity it needs. Its clearly still not enough, it should be cleaned AND treated DAILY during hot season. C. Think about existing residents experience- I myself am so incredibly forgetful so I understand forgetting to turn the music on- put it as an opening task for the person who opens the office with a calendar reminder if needed- this would help with the perception of you guys only maintaining the pool when you have a showing or pictures being taken etc. Thanks for accepting my feedback. I look forward to a better pool experience.

Not sure if the walls are thin or the insulation is bad. Summer months the windows are too hot to touch from the inside & walls are very warm. Definitely can hear your neighbors. No assigned parking spots because there's a 2 car garage attached to every unit. The community also has parking available for trailers, rv's, & boats for an additional monthly fee.
Hi Barbara, we do not have an HOA see at the property :)
Rrange from 1300 to 1400, depending on your lease. M to month is higher.
You need to call the office
