How thick are the walls can you hear your neighbors tv or them talking ,do you have assign parking spots

Not sure if the walls are thin or the insulation is bad. Summer months the windows are too hot to touch from the inside & walls are very warm. Definitely can hear your neighbors. No assigned parking spots because there's a 2 car garage attached to every unit. The community also has parking available for trailers, rv's, & boats for an additional monthly fee.

The walls aren't that thick my neighbors are loud and blast there music and they have garages and no assigned parking
