Management is now looking for 6x monthly gross income relative to the cost of rent on a 2 Bedroom apartment priced at $2,100/mo. Go somewhere else and don't support these people. They need to bring rent down. If you qualify for this, go buy a home. I promise you can afford it. Want you to make 150k to live in an apartment, what narcissists.

Great place to live! Any repairs I've needed have been handled in less than 24 hours (sometimes in less than 3). Safe, well-lit, no parking issues.

I will be very open and honest. I'll start with the fact that that I like things done right. When I do something I do it once and don’t want to have to come back and do it again. Do it right and move on. With that said let me explain. Moving is always crazy. But there are certain things you expect. For example when you hear that it is professionally cleaned. I expect a place, even though the carpets were new, that it was vacuumed and all the extra cut pieces of carpet that you find around the perimeter would also have been vacuumed up. They weren’t and I’m still cleaning as I go for things that should have already been done. The place in general was not clean. A wet paper towel to the floor in the kitchen or bathrooms came up very dirty. I would have expected that to be mopped. There was sanded drywall powder on the floors. Bathrooms were cleaned, well OK. So now let me go into the appearance of the place. Appliances looked like they were back in the 60’s, ok 70’s and yes I’m that old. They were much worn and needed to be replaced. I am happy to say that they actually replaced the dishwasher as it was rusted and the racks were in really bad shape. I have not seen what they replaced it with. I only know they replaced it because my security system recorded it. Next time folks you may want to watch the language. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are horrible. I could not clean them. The insides were like sandpaper. The reason is because the cleaning people instead of cleaning spray painted the inside of the cabinets white. NICE! All the shelves and sides are in bad shape. Can’t even use a sponge to clean out, it just rips the sponge in pieces. I travel and it seems that they are fixing things here and there for what they want to fix. I think in the weeks to come and in the spring for outside repairs I will know more. The review check sheet I filled out 2 full sides and around the perimeter with issues. I will say that the bathrooms and the kitchen is in dire need of a makeover. The cabinets and countertops in bathrooms and kitchen (well kitchen looks like new Formica) have to be replaced. Items they left on the walls from other tenants need to be taken down and replaced in usable spots, towel racks and other items. It looks like a Hodgepodge of different accessories in the bathrooms. The grounds are kept up OK. I would expect better since it is off the golf course. I probably would not have taken the rental unit if I had seen the inside first. I didn’t see it until the day I moved in. The unit was pressure washed outside up to the point they could reach. OK, I could go on but to end with I like the place. The layout is nice. Rooms are small but the downstairs is laid out nicely except for the monster built in bookshelves on both sides of the fireplace that no one uses but to put junk on. The office staff seems very helpful and willing to make things right. Time will tell. Here I am a few years down the road. If I call in an issue they come out within a day to resolve, which is great. I still stand by my initial statement that its not always done like I would do, or done right. Over the years they have upped my rent close to 100 bucks. I should have fought it but next time I will. They also are pennying us to death. For example Sewer is not in the rent but added to the rent. In 2020 the township increased the sewer. In April they assessed I think just the townhomes 18 bucks each. Seriously, they should have eaten the few hundred bucks and added it in future rents. Again these places are dated and need upgrades but I still like my spot. 4/14 - whenever there is something that needs to be done, they get it done. I changed to 4 Starz.

Moved in a few months ago and I'm extremely satisfied so far. The apartment is beautiful and nicely upgraded, neighbors are quiet and the property is gorgeous. Staff at the leasing office are so friendly and helpful. I called with a small issue late in the day towards the end of the week and maintenance was there within a few minutes with the fix. No delays, no ordering parts, no nonsense. Very happy with the decision I made to come to this beautiful community.
