Crocs at Brandon Town Center

We drove over from across town only to find that the store was closed at 8pm even though the website lists 9pm every day. Their hours were updated 4 days ago, which doesn’t add up. Instead, we took our business to Journey’s across from Crocs that graciously stayed open for us.

Their return policy is to exchange the shoe, return on the original card or get a gift card. Also, you need to have the original card with you. I received crocs from this store as a gift and needed to exchange and size up. But they only have a woman’s size 8 or mens 11. How do you not carry other sizes? So I wasn’t able to exchange or return them since I didn’t have the card. They were a gift! I’m stuck with too small size crocs. Every other store can return merchandise to the original card without issue. I don’t understand why they can’t. **Go to the Footlocker across from the croc store! They have all the sizes!**

Had a large variety but was out of the color I needed. It was Christmas so I will definitely not judge them for being out of my color. Very friendly and helpful. Let customers know about all the deals they had going. Bought a different color and some gems to put in Christmas stockings.

We went to the store on Sunday to do an exchange. The shoes we ordered online for a Christmas gift was the wrong size so we called the store. The sales girl said she would exchange them for a similar pair same color sliver glitter just to platform. When we get there to exchange the shoe we had to pay $23 more for the other shoes. Not happy about that. But this is a Christmas gift i just would have thought exchange mean they would have honored the price we paid since they are out of stock everywhere.
