I absolutely loved this salon. Now- I am not so sure. Their work is fantastic. No complaint. The ladies more than friendly to me and my daughters. So what’s the problem? I refer many people there. Until recently when I sent my niece, I found out the outrageous prices they are charging them. My niece went for a trim and blow dry- she paid over $100 and gave a $20 tip (so not to embarrass me) and absolutely loved her hair but not the price. She called me right when she left and told me so. She said although she loved it, she will not return. I asked her if she spoke to the owner and she went on to tell me the owner is the one who did her hair. They charged her double what they charge me. I called my friends and they said they were just too embarrassed to confide in me, thinking it was the same price I pay. They thought I simply loved their work enough to pay this kind of money. Some even paid more than my niece. Needless to say, this left me confounded. I decided give them the benefit of the doubt even though the evidence was quite evident. I wanted to test this outrage and send another friend with a full understanding of the situation. Sadly, she was charged more than all my other friends and relatives WITHOUT A TRIM! So there you have it. Before you enter this place I suggest you guarantee your price. Otherwise, they do brilliant work. I, myself, will never return. Dishonesty is a game changer for me with anyone or any establishment- however grand their work or excuse is. What a waste of an awesome hair salon.

Wasn't what expected! Had an appointment & had I not showed up. Not a single call to reschedule. Passed to another stylist who rushed yet over processed my hair. Asked about rolling set...she says 'I have to pickup my kids". Unprofessional and overcharged. My hair is damaged 💔 😢. Don't set yourself up for disappointment 😔.

Took my daughter to get a blowout for her birthday (I do it every year birthday- to preserve her curls) now her curls are damaged. I have never had this problem before. She had bouncy curls now they are flat and not as defined. I don’t know what they did but her hair completely changed.

They deserve 0 stars. I walked in and there were only two customers in the salon being treated. So I was relieved when I saw that I can get my hair done right away but I was so wrong. They told me to sit and wait and I was waiting for an HOUR. They even took in customers who came in after me! The hairdressers just go in the back and eat and gossip about paying customers. Not to mention their prices are way to high. And I know they over charge me because of my hair texture. The lady had to feel my hair after I asked her how much for a relaxer when I walked in. Then charged me $90! As a black women I know my hair texture may be difficult to do but if you can’t do all hair types then you can’t do hair at all! My hair didn’t last two weeks. Black women don’t come here.
