Curbside pickup SUCKS! Just wasted a trip. They have worst curbside service of any store ever. Multiple times I’ve waited 20+ min. This time, I waited and called, waited and called and literally nobody answered. I actually shop here often and I didn’t even want to leave this review but omg I had to this time. Literally wasted my gas and time because I have to go back later and get my order.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency this weekend. Luke in the plumbing department was very helpful and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done for the repair. Lowes didn't carry the part needed but he was able to point me in the direction of a business that could fix the problem. I work in customer service as well and appreciate when people go above what is required of them.

No cashier's as an option at all. Only self check. One year later same that Ng. No cashier's as an option. Two months later. Same thing. No cashiers only self check. This time five or six Lowe's employees walking around the aisles while customers aren't checked out.

Went in for blinds and the woman in the blind department was the rudest employee I have ever experienced at our favorite Lowes. She was 100% less than interested in helping us . Walked over to the blinds said you’ll need it cut and walked away she didn’t say a word or come back. GUESS WHAT?? WE LEFT and we didn’t buy anything on our list. She is costing you business and I am sure we are not the first!
