I am extremely disappointed by Lowe's appliance return policy. I purchased a new dishwasher on 7/24. I discovered my old dishwasher still worked (simple fix) and tried to return the new in-box (undamaged) dishwasher with the reciept on 8/5 (11 days) later. The manager and staff were polite and professional but could not accept a brand-new (still in the box) appliance as a return 11 days after purchase. This policy is extremely disappointing and the 48-hour return policy was never mentioned at the time of sale (most of their products have a 30-day return policy). I assumed this would be a no-hassle return. Be aware of this policy as there are many occasions where major appliances cannot be installed within 48 hours so you are stuck if there is an issue.

This review is to compliment an employee named Jeffrey. Jeffrey's passion for his job goes above and beyond. One day while waiting entirely too long at a competitor's store waiting to have my toilet loaded into the truck Jeffrey was passing through the Plaza and stopped to help us. He said ladies I'm sorry you're stuck waiting for help this would never happen at Lowe's:-) he is very proud of his job and it's a very caring individual to help us even when he was off the clock. If you ask me Jeffrey deserves a raise!

I really liked this Lowe's location. The store was extremely easy to navigate, it had a really easy layout. Also, everything I needed was in stock. The Lowe's customer service is wonderful, everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful in every way that they could be. I would definitely shop at this location again in the future.

Be aware of new return policy on items. They couldn't find my purchase using credit card information but the associate really tried to pacify the situation. Could not exchange plants which was very disappointing. I will make sure to keep all receipts on plant purchases * Note to self* haha. Normally, I would rank this store at a consistent 4.
