Went into La-Z-Boy furniture galleries in Lakeland yesterday just to browse and do some price comparisons. Both Patti and Daiana welcomed me and my mother and pointed us in the direction we desired. As we browsed the store and found a sectional that I liked, Patti came over and talked about different options on fabric and colors. We started looking through and feeling multiple samples of fabrics. I finally found a color and fabric type to suit my needs. As Daiana started drafting the layout in the computer, my mother and I started venturing around the store again looking for a reclining chair separate from the sectional. No final decision was made on a recliner but the layout was finished and it was determined that there wasn't going to be enough room for a recliner after all. After a little more discussion, we realized we missed an entire portion of the store thinking the furniture was all powered, which we were not interested in. Patti took me over to a Trouper sectional and I was sold. We spent at least 2hrs with these ladies working on the first sectional and without hesitation they quickly shifted to accommodate the changing of minds and drafted a new layout with the new sectional. Both Patti and Daiana knew the products in their store and made it easy to make a final decision on all design levels. I highly recommend going to the 5350 South Florida Ave store in Lakeland and working with these wonderful ladies.

My furniture was delivered today so I didn’t have much of a chance to try it out, but it is beautiful and seems very comfortable so far. I enjoyed working with Candy at the Lakeland site; she was very patient, understanding, and helpful.

Furniture ordered 4/3/2021. Poor communication and broken promises on when the furniture would be made or delivered. 13 months later, I still don't have the furniture and no delivery date set yet. I am being refused a refund.

Surprisingly enough they had a very good selection of different furnitures. The only thing for me is that they are very pricey.
