What are the Covid safety practices like here?

During my most recent visit, the seem to be following al required covid requirements for restaurants and bars. Masks when not seated, must order food if sitting, cleaning in between guests. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Is the Thursday night special of prime rib the real thing or sliced roast beef? I've been mislead by other places in the past.
